​I started animating as a child with clay and vhs camcorder. Learning 3d animation in 1997 with only a manual. Life took me in a different direction with Art after attending FullSail for Computer animation. Live painting at music venues and creating and selling 2000+ painting and thousands of hand painted bleach garments. After selling 8000+ of my paintings as digital NFT trading cards in 2021 I was able to get the equipment to follow my true dreams of film and game creation and direction along with 3d printing and toy/miniature design. Since having created and 3d printed miniatures for very successful kickstarter, "Shrines of Abominations" and also creating several animations in collaboration with the same world famous artist Skinner. My first short film "Arzorx", conceived, modeled, Directed, and animated by me solo in 3 months made with 3 months fresh experience in blender and unreal with Skinner providing the concept art. Continuing to grow working on Film, video game projects, live painting canvases, and leveling up the skills with new knowledge, computing power, and tools.    

 

​Cyberdelic Relics is a outlet for the creations of physical and digital art from the mind of  the Cyberdelic Alchemist, Ricky Matthews. 3D creatures, Animations, 3D prints, toys, paintings, clothing, Video games, movies and anything else I am feeling at the moment.  Big ideas start somewhere.
